1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or reshipments for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product received

  • Items not delivered within 45 business days

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect address provided

  • Used skincare/makeup tools or opened cosmetics (due to hygiene reasons)

3. Process

To request a refund, email support@purelyeverything.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos as evidence.

4. Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method once approved.
